Message and Data Rates:

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge for sending messages, but standard carrier rates apply. Please check with your mobile provider for details.

Our SMS service is available on all major UK and international carriers including but not limited to: EE, O2, Vodafone, Three, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint.

No Mobile Information Sharing:

SMS consent is not shared with third parties (except SMS providers)

We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer your mobile phone number to any third party for their own marketing purposes. Your mobile number is used solely by Convergen Media LTD to send you the messages described above. However, your mobile number may be shared with our SMS service provider (GoHighLevel) to facilitate message delivery.

Legal Basis:

By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive SMS messages, you are providing express written consent in compliance with the UK GDPR, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), and where applicable, the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

5. WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH

5.1 Stripe (Payment Processing)

5.2 GoHighLevel (CRM & Email Marketing)

5.3 Skool (Course & Community Platform)

5.4 Zoom (Live Workshop Sessions)

We use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or GoHighLevel's built-in analytics) to understand how visitors use our pages. This data is aggregated and anonymous.
